  6. Once payment is complete, your order is confirmed and processing begins

We offer two options if you’re not satisfied with your order:

Option A: Replacement

If your jersey arrives with a manufacturing fault or defect, email us at info@whataboutitkits.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Once verified, we’ll send out a new jersey free of charge.

Option B: Refund

If you prefer a refund, email us at info@whataboutitkits.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. You will need to return the jersey to us in its original condition. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
