At What About It Kits, we stand by the quality of our jerseys. If your order arrives with a defect, we’ve got you covered.

Defective Product? We Offer Two Options:

If your jersey arrives damaged or with a clear defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@whataboutitkits.com with a photo or video showing the issue.

After we review and approve the case, you can choose:

• Option A – Keep & Replace:

  We’ll ship you a free replacement, and you keep the original jersey. No refund will be issued.

• Option B – Return & Refund:

  Return the defective jersey to us (we’ll cover return shipping). Once we receive it, we’ll issue a full refund. No replacement will be issued.
